Job Description:
JEVmarketing.com is seeking a highly organized, focused, and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Part-Time Document Scanner. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the accurate and efficient conversion of paper documents into digital format.
Responsibilities:
- Document Preparation: Remove staples, bindings, and prepare documents for scanning.
- Scanning and Indexing: Operate document scanners to digitize various types of documents.
- Quality Control: Compare electronic images with physical documents to ensure accuracy.
- Data Entry: Input data into a customized software program with precision.
- Maintenance: Organize and maintain digital document repositories.
Qualifications:
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficiency with computers and accurate typing abilities.
- Experience with document scanning software is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of Excel and other office applications.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Training: Full training will be provided for all tasks.
