Part-Time Document Scanning

Job Description:



JEVmarketing.com is seeking a highly organized, focused, and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Part-Time Document Scanner. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the accurate and efficient conversion of paper documents into digital format.



Responsibilities:



  • Document Preparation: Remove staples, bindings, and prepare documents for scanning.
  • Scanning and Indexing: Operate document scanners to digitize various types of documents.
  • Quality Control: Compare electronic images with physical documents to ensure accuracy.
  • Data Entry: Input data into a customized software program with precision.
  • Maintenance: Organize and maintain digital document repositories.


Qualifications:



  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency with computers and accurate typing abilities.
  • Experience with document scanning software is a plus.
  • Basic knowledge of Excel and other office applications.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.


Training: Full training will be provided for all tasks.
